Personal data deletion

This page describes how to request the deletion of personal data obtained by D.O.O. “ZELENA ENERGIJA ZFOS DOO” through Facebook and Instagram ad forms and processed by the ZFOS Integrations application.

What data we may process

If you submitted an application through a Facebook or Instagram ad form, we may receive the information you provided in the form, including:

  • first name and last name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • answers to ad form questions;
  • date and time of submission;
  • technical identifiers of the form, ad campaign, and submission;
  • history of processing your inquiry and communication with the company.

The received application may be transferred to the corporate ERPNext system for processing the inquiry, preparing a proposal, and contacting you.

How to request data deletion

Send a request to info@zelenergija.me with the subject line: "Request for ZFOS Integrations Data Deletion".

In your email, please include:

  1. Your first and last name used when submitting the ad form.
  2. The phone number or email address provided in the form.
  3. The approximate date of submission.
  4. The name of the advertised product or service, if you remember it.
  5. A clear statement that you are requesting the deletion of personal data obtained through Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads.

Important: Do not send your Facebook password, two-factor authentication codes, credit card details, or a copy of your identity document, unless we have specifically requested a permissible and necessary identity verification.

Identity verification

To avoid deleting someone else's data, we may ask you to confirm control over the phone number or email address provided in the application. We will only request information necessary to find the record and verify your identity.

If the provided data is insufficient to find the application, we will inform you what additional information is needed. The absence of a technical Facebook identifier does not prevent you from submitting a request.

What happens after receiving a request

After confirming the request, we will:

  1. find the related application records in ZFOS Integrations and ERPNext;
  2. delete personal data or irreversibly anonymize it;
  3. delete related source integration data if its storage is no longer required;
  4. notify you of the completion of the request processing or explain the legal basis under which certain information must be temporarily retained.

We will confirm receipt of the request and process it within the deadlines established by applicable law. If the request requires more time to fulfill, we will notify you and explain the reason.

Possible limitations on deletion

Certain information may be retained in the minimally necessary amount, if required for legal compliance, accounting or tax records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or protection of the company's or other individuals' legitimate rights.

In such cases, the data will be limited in use and deleted or anonymized after the mandatory retention period expires. Data in backups are deleted as part of the scheduled backup rotation and are not used for normal processing until then.

Data deletion via Facebook

If you used Facebook Login or Meta sent us a technical request for application data deletion, ZFOS Integrations will process such a request through Meta's provided data deletion mechanism. A request via Meta does not limit your right to contact us directly using the instructions above.

You can also remove the application's connection to your account in Facebook settings if the application appears in the list of active integrations:

  1. Open Facebook.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  3. Open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
  4. Select ZFOS Integrations and click Remove.

Removing a business integration in Facebook may stop future access but does not always automatically delete a previously submitted application from ERPNext. To delete such an application, send a request to the address provided above.
